Wellbeing: Yoga with Pam

Life can be serious and stressful, start your week by taking time away with this 60 minute class. 

Approaching her teaching creatively, Pam teaches that there is no right or wrong way to a sequence.

“I like to make the sun salutations as creative as possible so that as well as getting the body prepared with heat there is also a boost of confidence with the fun ways I like to put the sun salutations together. 

I love that I can encourage students to try challenging poses and if it doesn’t work out then it doesn’t matter. 

I like to create a down to earth approach and a space where there is no judgement where we can play and have fun.” - Pam

Pam qualified as an Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher a year ago, and soon after started with her Rocket TT having founder her niche and passion in Movement. 

Beginners are more than welcome.
